We Leadership minded Leaders understand the following principles:
-Our time and others time is valuable and allowing people, places, things and or projects to take up that valuable time is not serving anyone. They understand the value of knowing when to let something-someone go.
-We Leaders understand the principle of building a team of diverse skills, know everybodies weaknesses and strengths including theirs, and delegate the weaknesses to those who have those strengths.
-We Leaders truly understand the both and mentality, that being so mono-focused limits possibilities and solutions.
-We Leaders embrace collaboration and teamwork and get others involved in the solutions.
-We Leaders get that there is no “I” without the “We”.
-We Leaders understand the empowerment in using the words “Let’s do it” versus “Do it”.
-We Leaders know that in order to get others engaged in a process, they have to be and embody the example.
-We Leaders understand that without integrity, values transparency, and authenticity there is no trust, and without trust there is no foundation in which to build upon.
-We Leaders get that it takes daily actionable action steps to achieve the outcomes they desire.
-We Leaders understand if they are not willing to collaborate, share, communicate nobody else will either.
-We Leaders understand the importance of open, honest communication that is a two-way street.
-We Leaders understand that the term “brutal honesty” doesn’t mean being brutal, it means being honest.
-We Leaders understand that accountability and respect needs to begin with themselves.
