Today on Straight Talk with Carly Alyssa Thorne we speak with the brilliant social media strategist Phil Gerbyshak. We talk about social media, relationship building, treating our social media ad marketing like a business and not like a hobby, collaborations and more.
Phil Gerbyshak is the Director of Social Strategy at Actiance, Inc. headquartered in Redwood City, CA. He has spent the last 10 years dedicated to learning, teaching and sharing all he can about how to make friends first and do business last using social media.
Phil’s work has taken him all over the world to share his insights into building relationships using social media, and it has found him featured in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Financial Times, and many other offline and online publications. In addition to being an early adopter and trainer of social and social sales, he is a pinball wizard, an Avengers fan, and a runway model, though he hasn’t earned a penny from any of the none social work.
