Social Media 101 on Posting

Most do Not Know that part of  my services when I am working with clients and or companies is teaching them about Social Media.  It is so important in today’s times.

So, I decided to do a Basic Social Media Posting Tips Blog:

Here are some HUGE Tips for Your Social Media BEST Outcomes and interaction amongst the Global internet.  This  posting is going to be Focusing on Facebook and its new Edge Rank, however these tips apply across platforms.

Remember folks- it is CALLED SOCIAL MEDIA for a reason-Hence Interaction is required and will also help your Edge Rank on Facebook and also help all of Your Social Media Scores.

***Just LIKING posts ALONE does NOT help your numbers and or Edge Rank Please take some time to Make Comments on people’s posts and Share…

***NOW to that End if YOU WANT people to be able to Comment and even share any of your content from your Business Pages… YOU MUST have content that is shareable. If somebody goes to Your page and all they see is Buy this, and All Sales and All business they are NOT apt to want to come back and or comment and or share content from your page.

***Post 3x a day if Possible if not schedule with Integrity. Post in the Am – Afternoon – and Evening

***Do NOT Post 10 posts in a Row unless you are spreading them out amongst all of your pages. If You Post too many in a row, people will UN-FOLLOW you and they will No longer see your content on their feeds.

***Also Facebook Edgerank will also remove you from the feeds if you over post and or only like.

***Show Content that: Shows some of Your Personality and what some of your Passions are.

***When Posting Pic quotes, please make sure you DO NOT active Hyperlinks attached to the Pics that go to a page that is Selling something. The Pic quotes are going to be Your BIGGEST Share and Comment items.

***When Posting Your BLOG LINKS make sure You have a TITLE and that You are setting an Image on Your website to the Post so a picture comes up with the Link giving people therefore also a Visual.

***Remember some people are Visual, Some are Auditory etc…

***VERY BIG – Your Pages MUST have diversity…

***YES Questions are Great and Yes they do HOOK the Mind, however.. They work even better when You Post a Picture with the question…

***DO NOT Post things that are: Overtly Sexual, Politics, Too Religious, and Jokes that are inappropriate.  Jokes are a HUGE one remember we are DEALING with a GLOBAL population on the Internet… What might be funny to You might not be funny to a person in Europe, Asia etc… So I personally DO NOT post jokes…

***Religion – if that is Your CAUSE then have a Page just for that, however on Your Personal Page I would not overpost about it, because everyone believes something different.
